Trail closures due to windstorm

District Public Works crews are reporting significant debris in trails, and around town from the current windstorm. 

We recommend that you stay out of wooded areas due to the risk of tree fall and debris. 

• The Corridor Trail has been closed between Brennan Park Recreation Centre and the Adventure Centre. 
• In Valleycliffe, the trail from Plateau and Westway to the Forest Service Road has been closed due to the hydro line being down.

Watch for barricades and signage in other areas as crews are out evaluating today.
